The Farmhouse Bistro & Bar

The Bistro located in Spearfish, SD is one of the cornerstone businesses to highlight the new Creekside Villages. Located on the north side of Spearfish near I 90 Exit 10 and next to Spearfish Creek it provides a view of the Black Hills that adds a highlight to this location. The Bistro will provide both a restaurant and full service bar that has an iconic design. The building is approximately 5,000 SF with a second story space of approximately 1,000 SF. The first floor includes the full service kitchen and bar, 900 SF of open dining and 196 SF of private dining. The second floor adds 420 SF of outside dining, 400 SF of inside mezzanine dining and an additional 196 SF of private dining. Highlighting the design is a 600 SF open frame ‘crib’ that surrounds an outdoor ground floor seating area that overlooks Spearfish Creek. The Bistro was designed by JLG Architects and constructed by Ainsworth Benning. The project is being delivered as a CMAR project and is currently under construction and will be completed in May 2019.
