SDSU SE Neighborhood

This project includes both apartments and townhomes on the SE corner of the SDSU campus in Brookings. The three story, 54,764 square foot apartment building is above dorm quality designed to attract and house 150 upperclassman and perhaps married students. In addition to the apartments, there are five townhomes that house an additional 60 residents.
