Cory’s Point S Tire & Auto Service Center

The Cory’s Point S Tire and Auto Serve project is located in the east part of Rapid City across from the Menards Hardware store. This location is ideal as it has great visibility from East Anamosa Street and is the first building to be located in a relatively new commercial park west of Menards. The project was Designed by Buffuto Architecture and construction completed by Ainsworth Benning as a Construction Manager fixed fee delivery method. This delivery method allowed the team to present many value engineering solutions to the owner to help maximize the square footage of the structure yet give him the quality he desired in the new construction for his overall anticipated budget. The building is masonry and steel construction and had to consider the 4 large bay doors for access by vehicles into the structure. The project was started on April 1, 2018 and completed on schedule on November 11, 2018.
