Avera St. Mary's Helmsley Center
This project consists of 59,000 square foot, three story, cancer care and clinic facility in Pierre South Dakota. Structure includes structural steel, bar joist, and composite floors. Patients are welcomed with improved parking and a covered canopy structure. The Avera Cancer Center includes; linear accelerator vault, patient centered infusion rooms, meditation room, pharmacy, and wig/hat room. The Avera Medical Clinic will include; outreach, dermatology, urology, multicutural room, and "ear, nose, and throat". Exterior building envelope will consist of storefront & curtain wall framing and architectural precast offering beautiful, open atrium views with fireplaces and a piano.
