Avera on Louise Health Campus
The first phase of a new healthcare campus for the Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center system, this project is located southeast of the intersection at 69th Street and Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The campus includes a new Orthopedic hospital of approximately 160,000 square feet (five stories), which includes spaces for 24 inpatient beds, a shell floor for 24 future inpatient beds, GI procedure & clinic, surgery (six operating rooms & shell for two more), imaging, lab, pharmacy, dietary, administration, materials management, and central processing. The campus also includes a connected medical office building of approximately 100,000 square feet (three stories), which includes clinic space for Rheumatology, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, and physical therapy.
