BHSU EY Berry Library and Learning Center
With plenty of new and improved spaces to learn, the Library and Learning Center will be the perfect space for students, staff, and faculty, as well as community members, to learn, study, test, and collaborate.
The main level, a 20,800 square foot demolition and remodel, will include offices for the Career Center, writing center, math lab, and advising center. There will also be a student success commons and a cafe, as well as a new patio area.
Second level will consist of a 24,230 square foot remodel. This floor will contain book stacks, open seat testing areas, instruction rooms, and an expanded open seating section of 3,412 square feet within the library.
The lower level will include an archive vault, userspace, a commons area, storage space, and a video production area.
Additionally, this project will upgrade the exterior to include windows to supplement interior improvements, as well as enlarging the restrooms on all levels.
