Turner County Bridge
The project consisted of the removal of a 160’ 5 span steel girder bridge and building a new 192’ 3 span concrete girder bridge. This work consisted of 2 piers that required cofferdam work and building 32’ long stem wall and a cap in each cofferdam, 2 abutments, placing the concrete girders, pouring an 8” thick concrete deck, jersey barriers, approaches, sleepers, rip rap, grading and asphalt paving.
