The L-shaped 44,000 square feet residence hall is three stories with a partial concrete basement and will house 188 students and a Resident Director.  Construction materials include; structural precast concrete, architectural precast concrete with brick inlay, structural steel, aluminum storefronts, and steel stud framing.   First and second floors will connect with Mears Library following the library renovation phase.
