The new DSU Residence hall will be a 4 story building attached on to The Courtyard Residence Hall in which Journey Group completed in August of 2017. This new dorm will have the ability to house 128 students and may include retail space for university and or public use. This will provide additional opportunity for DSU to continue their high enrollment growth.
