First Congregational Church - Sioux Falls

This project is a 20,000 square foot addition to the lobby and complete sanctuary renovation of First Congregational Church in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Precast wall panels were used as the exterior wall construction and custom liners were designed to specifically replicate surrounding natural quartzite stone materials. This value added option provided a cost option that allowed church member to enjoy the historic look of their new entry while utilizing more cost effective material options. Complete renovation of sanctuary finishes lifted patron spirit and revitalized joy in their house of worship. Constant communication and hourly scheduling was needed to minimize disruption to church activities.
