Deadwood Welcome Center

The Deadwood Welcome Center is the newest jewel for the City of Deadwood connecting form, function, architectural flare, and historic remembrance. Located on the former trolley station site this facility offers modern restrooms, conference rooms, and office facilities as well as provides warm welcoming presence for visitors to the community of Deadwood. Upon entering, visitors find a smiling face ready to answer questions of current events or the historic evolution of the Deadwood community. The visitor center offers a new parking lot, sidewalks and trolley turnaround as well as creek access walks, pedestrian bridge and modern pedestrian and parking lot lighting.
