The Cleveland Professional Development Center is a 41,000 square foot educational facility with an attached wing of student housing units on the campus of the University of Sioux Falls. The facility is constructed with a structural steel EIFS and a brick exterior skin.
The facility has 9 educational classrooms for the business programs at the University of Sioux Falls and is home to the John T. Vucurevich School of Business.
The facility has 40 upscale student housing units that are home to 80 juniors and seniors. When the University is not in session, the residence rooms house visiting scholars and business people for executive training workshops and similar events held in the business school.
Other features of the facility include a 275 seat, multipurpose auditorium designed to accommodate lectures, chapel, music and other presentations. The facility also houses administrative offices, a board room, a small library and a computer lab.
