POET Parking Lot
Black-Top Paving teamed up with Knife River and Poet to revitalize their parking lot. To start, they added a Jive mixture, a corn-based product, in the asphalt overlay, which substituted for some of the olin in the mix. This project consisted of a large overlay spanning 8,800 sy., mill of 1.5", and an overlay of 2" of asphalt.
